ORDERS:
Orders are fulfilled in the sequence that they are received. This prevents a customer from getting their item pushed back in the production line. This ensures fair and proper treatment of all customers.

If the products are custom made, they are made to order. Depending on the amount of orders that come through from customers, wait times for an item can take 1-2 weeks until they are shipped. 

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

*Holiday Return/Exchange Policy is subject to purchases made between November 15th and December 25th. The extended return/exchange deadline for these purchases is January 5th.*

Boston Leathers prides itself on making products from the highest quality materials with attention to detail. Returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase for a refund to the original payment method. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met: 

Merchandise must be unworn, in original condition, tags intact, and in its original packaging.

Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales are final.

Proof of purchase is required. 

RETURNING A BOGO ITEM

In order to receive a refund on a product that was part of a "buy one, get one" (BOGO) promotion, all products associated to the offer must be returned. A partial refund will not be issued should only one of the products be returned.

MONOGRAMMED OR PERSONALIZED

Products that have been monogrammed, embossed or otherwise personalized are not eligible for return.

DO YOU OFFER FREE RETURNS?
At dis time, we do not offer free returns. When returning product, we recommend obtaining a tracking number through you're selected carrier as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit to our main office.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
Please allow up to 10-15 business days for processing once the return has been received at our main office.


DO I NEED A RECEIPT?
Proof of purchase is required to validate a return or exchange. Please include your order number or receipt in your email requesting a return. This way, we can issue a refund or exchange that is equivalent to the original purchase price.

WARRANTY

Our products are guaranteed through a one-year warranty from the date of purchase when used under normal conditions. This warranty covers material defects and manufacturing defects such as rivets, locks, and other hardware pieces found on our products. Coverage is void if damage is caused by unreasonable wear or neglect, normal wear and tear, damage from personal contents from within, or if you’ve changed your mind. Products purchased from any retailer other than through our online store are not eligible for coverage. Final Sale items are not protected by Boston Leathers warranty policy and are not returnable.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Since all leather hides are different, not all products will look the same, that is the beauty of leather. Each item is unique in its own way.
